You don't have to keep carrying everything alone.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, motherhood, or the lasting impact of past experiences, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change.

You might be here because you're tired…

Not just physically tired.

The kind of tired that comes from carrying everyone else's needs while neglecting your own.

Maybe your mind never seems to slow down.

Maybe you're constantly questioning yourself.

Maybe you hold yourself to impossible standards and still feel like you're falling short.

Maybe you've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you've lost touch with who you are and what you need.

You know how to keep going.

What you're learning is how to slow down without feeling guilty.

Therapy can help.

What Individual Therapy Can Help With…

My Approach

My approach to therapy is rooted in a simple belief:

Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming home to yourself.

So many of the women I work with have spent years taking care of everyone else, pushing through, striving for perfection, and ignoring their own needs in the process.

Together, we'll create space to slow down, understand the patterns that have shaped your life, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, or survival mode.

I draw from EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, somatic approaches, mindfulness, parts work, and polyvagal-informed care to support meaningful and lasting healing.

My approach has been shaped by both professional experience and personal transformation. Through my own healing journey, motherhood, and ongoing work of learning to trust myself, I've come to believe that healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting with who you've always been.

Imagine...

  • Trusting yourself without second-guessing every decision

  • Resting without guilt

  • Setting boundaries without overexplaining

  • Feeling present with the people you love

  • Responding instead of reacting

  • Letting go of impossible standards

  • Feeling more confident, connected, and at peace

What It's Like to Work Together

Grounded

I offer a calm, supportive space where you don't have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have all the answers.

Compassionate

Your experiences make sense within the context of your story. We'll approach your healing with curiosity rather than judgment.

Empowering

I believe you're capable of meaningful change. Together, we'll build greater self-trust, confidence, and connection.

It makes complete sense that you're tired.

You've been carrying a lot for a long time.

What would it look like to show up for yourself?

Therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

When you're ready, I'd be honored to support you.
