You’re ready for real movement, not just coping, but meaningful healing
Whether you want to target a specific traumatic memory, break a long-standing anxiety pattern, or accelerate your therapy progress, an EMDR intensive offers focused, structured time to work at the root.
Instead of spreading trauma therapy or EMDR treatment over months of weekly sessions, we create a dedicated space for deep nervous system healing. EMDR intensives allow us to move through stuck emotional patterns efficiently, safely, and with support, so you can experience lasting relief, not just temporary insight.
Why choose EMDR Intensives?
• You’re wanting deeper progress than weekly therapy allows, and you’re ready for focused EMDR trauma therapy that creates real momentum.
• You’re seeking relief from a specific traumatic event or persistent trigger and want structured, uninterrupted time to fully process it.
• You’re doing everything “right” but still feeling stuck in anxiety, overthinking, or emotional reactivity and you’re ready to address the root.
• You’re needing a nervous system reset, not just more coping tools, so your body can finally feel calm and safe.
• You’re calling in efficient, meaningful change that fits your full life as a high-functioning woman, professional, or mom.
• You’re wanting lasting trauma healing, not months of circling the same patterns in traditional weekly therapy.
Take control of your healing trajectory
With an EMDR intensive, we step out of the traditional therapy session model and into a focused, extended format designed for deep trauma processing. Instead of starting and stopping each week, we create uninterrupted space for your brain and nervous system to fully process what’s been keeping you stuck.
This concentrated EMDR therapy approach is especially powerful for high-functioning, internally overwhelmed women who are ready for real relief from anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and emotional reactivity.
EMDR intensives allow for accelerated trauma healing, deeper breakthroughs, and lasting nervous system regulation — so you’re not just coping better, you’re actually feeling better.

What to Expect
EMDR Intensives Include…
Pre-Intensive Interview
A personalized consultation where we explore your goals, identify the experiences or patterns to focus on, and prepare your nervous system for deep, effective EMDR therapy. This step ensures your intensive is tailored to your needs for maximum healing impact.
Individualized Intensive Session
Extended, focused EMDR therapy sessions designed specifically for you. By working deeply without the interruptions of weekly sessions, we help your nervous system process trauma, reduce anxiety, and release patterns that have kept you stuck.
Post-Intensive Integration
Follow-up support to help your nervous system consolidate change, integrate emotional and physiological shifts, and sustain lasting relief. This phase ensures the breakthroughs you experience during your intensive continue to transform your daily life.
Customized EMDR Intensives are 3-6 hours protocols that are individualized with your specific goals in mind and are communicated during a free consultation call.
Intensives start at $350/hour and are potentially eligible for partial reimbursement through your out of network benefits.
Free consultation calls are provided to customize your own EMDR Intensive protocol to target your exact goals.
What is the cost of an EMDR Intensive?
Why choose an EMDR intensive over weekly therapy for faster results?
EMDR Intensives Include…
A short check-in to set goals, followed by 2–3 hours of focused EMDR processing targeting the experiences or patterns keeping you stuck. We end with a brief integration to support nervous system regulation.
This concentrated approach allows you to make faster progress than traditional weekly therapy, often resolving multiple stressors in just one session. You leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more in control, without the ongoing weekly commitment, extra childcare, or repeated time off work.
EMDR Weekly Sessions Include…
A brief check-in (10–15 minutes) to review the past week, followed by 20–30 minutes of EMDR processing, and ends with a short wrap-up (10–15 minutes).
You might spend a month addressing a single stressor, often costing around $1,000 for four sessions. Often times, new challenges come up between sessions, session focus may shift week-to-week, and it can take multiple months to feel fully resolved.
That means even after significant time and expense, the stressor that matters most may still feel unresolved, leaving you frustrated, stuck, and wanting deeper, faster results.
